If we get it out tomorrow, we might be able to stick to a July 2 deadline
to respond so we can get it on the books and start promo. It seems like a
week would be plenty of time for them to look at their calendars and
respond but let me know if you disagree.

Hello,
Thank you for answering the recent poll from Oregon Reference Summit
Presents <https://sites.google.com/olaweb.org/oregon-reference-summit/home>.
As a reminder, we asked for volunteers to participate in upcoming sharing
sessions about how libraries have been evolving during the pandemic. We
hope you are still interested in sharing your experiences!

We are considering Tuesday, July 27 or Thursday, July 29 for our Academic
Library sharing session. Please let me know if you are available on
either of those dates and if morning or afternoon works for better for you.
Please let me know by Friday, July 2.

The format will be: panelists speak about their experiences, then the floor
is opened up to questions as well as general discussion and info sharing
among the attendees. If you need a reminder about what you wrote to us
originally, let me know and I will share it with you!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Sincerely,
Lori on behalf of the Oregon Reference Summit Planning team
