[Answerland-summit] Reminder: Oregon Reference Summit planning meeting this Friday

Attached are the notes from our very short meeting today (Sorry we signed
off before you came in, Jennifer!) Basically, we'll create a call for
proposals to send out in January and then meet in January to continue
planning.
