Hello ORS planning team and potential members,
Here are Sandra's notes from our meeting on Friday

For our potential members, please let me know if you are interested in
continuing and we will get you on our official email group. Please also let
Sandra and me know if you have any other questions!

I am negotiating months/dates with the program proposers so next steps will
be getting help with promotion and hosting those virtual meetings. More to
come!

As we discussed, we decided to meet on 4th Fridays, 9-10 am. I realized
that the March meeting will fall during PLA but it will be during the
"coffee hour" so for those of us attending it can be more of a checkin and
updates meeting!
