Hello ORS planning team,
We had a great talk today about what might be possible for our programming
next year. Seeing as we are at a point in the timeline where we would want
to have a venue in place, we discussed the feasibility of having our
in-person conference. We also discussed the idea that continuing to offer
virtual programs is a valued and appealing option for our audience. More
details are in the notes attached below. *I created this survey
<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeyRjGQF6I2qoA94r2R9ZZBLNLyOVx9WSHBCyX8YOS4b2Y6EA/viewform?usp=sf_link>
to get a better idea of how we are feeling about these options. *

I also wanted to check in about the day/time of our current meeting. We can
certainly discuss setting a new time that works better for folks. Let me
know if the day/time is an issue for you and I can create a doodle poll to
select a new day/time if necessary.

Thanks to all of you for a successful year of virtual programming! I think
it has been great and folks clearly like our programs. Feel free to let me
know if you have any questions or comments.
