also is the day-of schedule to sign up for being a host/moderator/tech. I
can fill in more than what I've put so far, just wanted to spread it out.
Laurin I popped you in the morning sessions but let me know if that doesn't
work for you! I will continue to update that doc with more specifics so we
all know what we're doing that day.

A few details:

   - I did test opening and closing zoom and it shouldn't be a problem to
   close it during lunch. I will make it clear to participants that they can
   join at any time over the course of the day except the lunch break
   - It did make two separate recordings with our test so that's good news.
   - I put the polls in but we'll have to create the rooms in the moment.
   It's easy but let me know if you need to know how to do it.
   - Finally, I'll send out an invite for a last meeting/checkin a few days
   before the event so we can take care of any last minute details.
