[Answerland-summit] Oregon Ref Summit planning next steps

Hi folks,
Here is where we are in our summit conference planning:

We have four current proposals

(also
attached below in xls). Two of them are clearly from non library orgs
trying to promote their service or book. I did get a couple of library
related inquiries too so I'm hopeful they will send in their proposals and
we'll have more by our deadline next month. I'll send out another push for
proposals a couple of weeks before the deadline too.

We also need to think about  dividing responsibilities if we can. Here are
some of the tasks. We can talk more about it at our next meeting:

   - Presenter wrangler: communicating with presenters, getting
   descriptions and bios, setting up practice, etc
   - Promotion: Marketing and sending out communications about the
   conference, programs and promoting registration
   - Registration: Creating registration form (we can duplicate past
   forms), Communicating with registrants
   - Platform/zoom oversight: Moderating the technology, assisting with
   issues and questions
   - Lunch network program: Creating a plan, getting "hosts"?, coordinating
   overall
