Good morning,

In follow-up to yesterday's meeting, I'm emailing the script that I modified from past online conferences. I left it with areas highlighted that can be customized to the presenter name, title etc. For your convenience the link to the presenters names and their presentation titles in the Day of Program Schedule<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qdfV-LWM1oi0jJmP4izBFN3YZJn83y7Nxp8SzFB9i-0/edit?usp=sharing> doc . I found it really helpful to have this in the past and have it all filled out for the sessions that I was hosting. Somethings that I will point out to you that is noted in the script...  Moderators will be in charge of letting presenters know when it is 2 minutes till the end of time. I think we allowed for  a few or 5 minutes of Q & A at the end of the presentations(roughly), correct?

Lastly, I've created folders for the handouts and presentations slides here<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1txtYnRpHqQhAbLVpsWvkPo5TuwRNQ1IY?usp=share_link>. They are listed according to the presenter name(s).  *Note: I know there is not a folder for Jean Gritter. She is not using slides nor handouts in her presentation.
