Hi all,
That time and day sounds great! Will you be sending out a calendar invite? Or would you like me to do that with a Zoom Link?
Thanks,
Sara

Ok, Tuesday mornings it is! How about First Tuesdays from 9:15-9:45 am starting May 7? We usually get done in 1/2 hour anyway and we can always schedule longer meetings when needed. As always if you have other obligations that come up, that is fine!
Thanks all!

So far it looks like Tuesday mornings are the best fit for the group. However, I want to first make sure everyone got a chance to fill in the form:

Looks like the google form for finding a meeting time won't share because of county restrictions. Here is a version from my personal gmail account in hope that works better:

Hi and thanks to those of you who were able to join this morning's meeting! We mostly did introductions, history and a bit of round robin for future ideas.
* We welcomed Sara Trott (sara.trott at oregonstate.edu<mailto:sara.trott at oregonstate.edu>) and Erica Jensen (ejensen at lclark.edu<mailto:ejensen at lclark.edu>) who have agreed to be new members! Tamara, could you add them to our email list?
* We decided that Fridays might not still be the best time for everyone. Here is a poll to determine what might work better.<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeMfVQZzSyIOviJxzpw-53X4R3otM6XmQEP0X9nYSL0UgTR2Q/viewform?usp=sf_link>
* I'll be missing OLA this year but the rest of the team decided to try to coordinate a meetup there. Mark will also be preparing and distributing promotion there for us.
* Lee had an idea for a possible program about AI in legal reference. I'm also going to reach out to Jennifer about her previous program idea. If anyone else has ideas, feel free to let us know. We can also send out a call for proposals if need be.
Thanks a bunch!
