Thanks for the heads up, Sara. Here is the process we've done in the past

(we've already done several of the steps). If you can reach out and confirm
the date/time with her, then you and I can draft a promotional email and
start sending it out to our marketing list. Additionally, you can ignore
using the state Zoom and set it up using yours if you like. You and I can
also set up a little virtual chat this week or next to work on details if
that works for you.
