Stressed out students who have no other contact point with the university, frustrated professors trying to put articles online, and technology problems are all compounded with the difficulties of seeming friendly and approachable via chat and email reference.
While a return to in-person service in the fall will alleviate some of these things, it might also just double all the work we need to do to serve patrons. What can we do to keep ourselves mentally well and in good shape to support our students, staff, and
