<p class="MsoNormal">After two years of serving as Chair of this committee, I’d like to hand off the responsibility to someone else. I will be happy to help onboard that person, of course, and probably stay on the committee as well. I’m not exactly sure what
the next steps are for something like this, as this is the first time I’ve Chaired a planning committee…and the first time I’ve resigned one. Lol.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Does anyone is this group want to be the planning Chair? Should we send out a recruitment email to everyone who has attended sessions over the last 18 months?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Should the Oregon Reference Summit go on hiatus for a bit? <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have learned so, so much from this experience. And it has been absolutely wonderful getting to work with all of you. Especially on the amazing pivot we have been able to pull off with COVID disrupting our profession, our lives and the
