Don't Forget to Drop Your Shifts If you are going to miss any of your regularly scheduled shifts over winter break, please remember to drop them in LibStaffer. Questions from Spanish Speaking Patrons If you get a question in Spanish through the English language queue that you cannot answer, you can transfer it if a colleague is online who speaks Spanish. If no one is available, you can use the canned Spanish language messages to ask for contact information and make a ticket for follow up. I will answer these questions over email or assign them to the relevant partner library. Contingency Planning I've had the chance to meet with a lot of you about contingency planning based on the ongoing uncertainty around federal funding for Answerland beyond June 30, 2026.
