<p class="MsoNormal">If an institution did not have a notification email address set in Administration > Settings > Notification settings, the system automatically set the Reply-To address to that of the institution that last sent a message.

<p class="MsoNormal"><u>E-mail responses picked up by QuestionPoint<o:p></o:p></u></p>
