<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve been meaning to send out this email for the past couple of weeks. If you are in higher ed and will have a change in your summer hours (staffing model), please reach out and let me know what date this will take effect and what staff
(faculty)members will be needing the changes to their schedules.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Also, any public library that is planning on reducing their hours over the summer or have staff taking extended vacations(that impacts your ability to provide coverage to the Answerland General of Global queue), please reach out and provide
similar information. What dates this will be in effect and which staff will be needing the change to their schedules.
