<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">Washington State University (WSU) Librarians Erin Hvizdak, Pamela Martin, and Jen Saulnier Lange are inviting you to participate in a survey about levels of librarian
anxiety while operating cooperative chat reference services. The purpose of this study is to examine how a variety of factors, including librarian anxiety, impact the level of service that chat operators can provide in 24/7 cooperative chat reference services. </span><span style="mso-ligatures:none"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

from participating in the survey. The survey is completely voluntary and anonymous. Your reference team leader will not have access to this data and will not know if you completed it or not. You do not have to complete the survey and may close the survey at
any time. There will be an option at the end of the survey to enter a new form and provide your email for a possible future focus interview. Your contact information will not be connected with your survey responses. </span><span style="mso-ligatures:none"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
