recordings of all of the NAVROC sessions are now freely available on their website</a>.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I found a lot of these sessions to be really useful and encourage you to explore them as you have time! I’d especially recommend “Take a closer look: The efficacy of dyslexia fonts”, which has a lot of useful insights for making resources
accessible to those with dyslexia and more broadly. I also found the lightning talk “Ticket Black Holes and Incessant Beeping: How a Chat Interface Impacts Reference Anxiety” to be really relevant---we can all relate to that beeping!<o:p></o:p></p>
