<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Questions from Spanish Speaking Patrons<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If you get a question in Spanish through the English language queue that you cannot answer, you can transfer it if a colleague is online who speaks Spanish. If no one is available, you can use the canned Spanish language messages to ask
for contact information and make a ticket for follow up. I will answer these questions over email or assign them to the relevant partner library.<o:p></o:p></p>
