[Answerlandvolunteers] Reminder: drop chat shifts during holidays and vacations

Happy new year Answerland volunteers!

This is a reminder that you are not required to staff chat on holidays. If you have a chat shift during a holiday this winter (Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday and Presidents' Day), please use Humanity to drop your shift. Instructions are on page 8 of this document<https://answerland.org/answerlandscheduling/>.

Also, if you are going on vacation and are therefore unable to cover your chat shift, please use Humanity to drop your shift and pick up a replacement shift. Instructions are on pages 8 and 10 of this document<https://answerland.org/answerlandscheduling/>.
