[Answerlandvolunteers] Reminder: drop chat shifts during holidays and vacations

Hello Answerland volunteers,

This is a reminder that you are not required to staff chat on holidays. If you have a chat shift during a holiday this fall (Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas), please use Humanity to drop your shift. Also, if you are going on vacation and are therefore unable to cover your chat shift, please use Humanity to drop your shift and pick up a replacement shift. Again, instructions are in this document<https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/ld.php?content_id=43900623>.
