[Answerlandvolunteers] Watch training videos on new chat interface

Hello Answerland volunteers,

As you are hopefully aware, QuestionPoint's chat interface is being revised. The updated interface is slated for release in a few weeks.

OCLC has released two training videos on the new interface:

*        Use QuestionPoint Chat<https://youtu.be/1bsQLvfLe0Y>

*        Message another librarian and transfer a chat session<https://youtu.be/gSZo-k2gLHA>

You may want to view these now in anticipation of the new interface. In particular there are major changes to the way IM/transfer is handled.
