<p class="MsoNormal">One idea that came out of those meetings (thank you, Isabella!) was to find a way for everyone to share their favorite resources with each other. I’ve created a google doc
<a href="https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/answerland/reference"><span style="color:windowtext;text-decoration:none"><u><span style="color:#467886">Answerland Volunteer Recommended Resources</span></u> for you to add anything you think would be useful for other
volunteers. This could be a really great citation tool or a useful video about how to search—anything you’ve found makes chat easier! If a google doc isn’t the best format, I’m happy to explore other options. (One idea would be for me to add your ideas to
the <u><span style="color:#467886">Answerland Staff Toolkit LibGuide.</span></u>)
