[ASIST_Network] Bios - last notice

Dear Oregon ASIST trainers,
If you want to be able to offer continuing education credits (CEUs) for social workers for taking an ASIST training, please send me a paragraph that states your qualifications as an ASIST trainer (training, education, employment, experience). 
 
All trainers for a given training need to submit bios to get on the "approved" list to offer the CEUs. 
 
You can send training dates and locations as you know them. I will update the list quarterly.
 
Thank you if you've already sent it! Please take 5-10 minutes to do it now, if you haven't.
 
Send it to me at donna.noonan at state.or.us. Call or email me if you have questions (971-673-1023). I am going to send the application in on Monday, June 13th at the end of the day, so please get it to me by then.
