Hello Fellow ASIST trainers,

Just to touch base on the Southern Oregon ASIST training plans, there is
a tentatively scheduled ASIST training for community members on July
25-26 (somewhere in Medford), and then again September 5-6 at the VA in
White City (right next to Medford). The two co-facilitators who have
helped out in the past are unavailable for these trainings so I am
looking for somebody that could commit to being a part of the training.
I would then look for some other people to share a work group who needed
to do more trainings to remain certified.

If there is anyone from your agencies/areas that could benefit from this
opportunity, please have them get in touch with me.

At this point, a reimbursement for travel/time is not available, however
if there were any employees who needed to go through an ASIST training,
they could also attend one of these for free in exchange for providing a
facilitator.

Feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions.

Sincerely,

Ben Bryan, LCSW
