[ASIST_Network] minutes from networking session

Hello All - On November 5, some of us gathered in Portland for the ASIST
trainer Conference.  We received updates from the Oregon DOH staff and
coaching on some of the trickier parts of A11 and then we talked about how
we could strengthen connections both internally within our training teams
and externally across the state.   As promised, here are the minutes from
that discussion.

 

These great ideas will be helpful, even If you missed the conference.  Let
