Greetings!

Monica Parmley and Paige Hirt with Foundations Counseling and 
Consultation Services, LLC, invite you to register for the Applied 
Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) taking place October 16th & 
17th, 2018. Space is limited and registration and fees must be received 
by October 10th. Additional information may be found in the attached 
flyer. Please share this information with others who may be interested 
in attending.

You may submit your workshop registration here or at 
www.foundationsccs.com. The cost of the training is $200 and may be paid 
via PayPal at www.foundationsccs.com or by sending a check made payable 
to Foundations Counseling and Consultation Services, LLC to the address 
in the signature of this email.

The ASIST workshop is for those who want to increase their skills in 
order to help prevent the immediate risk of suicide for youth, 
consumers, clients, family, friends, coworkers and community members. 
The intended audience for ASIST may include, but is not limited to, 
school staff, mental health providers, medical providers, clergy, human 
resource personnel, law enforcement, student affairs staff, youth 
workers, family members and caregivers.


ASIST is an internationally recognized suicide prevention training 
program and is in the Best Practice Registry for suicide prevention.
