<DIV>Get first responders to your ASIST trainings! We can all provide 12.0 continuing education credits for first responders - law enforcement, fire fighters, EMTs, etc. - for ASIST trainings with the attached roster form. To offer these credits, the trainers need to:</DIV>

<LI>Provide the roster </LI>

<LI>Have first responders fill it in (they will know their own DPSST number)</LI>

<LI>Sign it </LI>

<LI>Send it to DPSST by fax or mail (info on form) </LI></OL>

<DIV><STRONG>The course number is 11-0686</STRONG> for all the ASIST trainings this year (next year the course number will be 12-0686). I filled in the course title, description, and hours on the attached roster. You may type your own course information into the form (e.g., sponsoring agency, dates, location, instructor names, etc.). </DIV>
