<div>I see no problem here, in fact I’m guessing that many/most districts will do their best to have Science testing completed before the Smarter window even opens. The same seems likely for any district that decides to pursue any Social Science testing.</div>

<ul style="margin:0;padding-left:46.1pt;">
<li style="margin-top:3pt;"><span style="background-color:yellow;"><strike>Begin no later than the first school day in April;</strike></span></li><li>End no later than the end date for the statewide OAKS Online test window identified in the current year’s Test Schedule; and</li><li style="margin-bottom:3pt;">Last for at least four calendar weeks. </li></ul>
