828</a><span style="color:black">). <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">"Fair scheduling helps give workers greater stability and predictability in planning their everyday lives. For working parents, this change will make it easier to arrange for child care, school activities and all
