<p class="MsoNormal">On March 13, 2018, the Wage and Hour Division of the Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) adopted temporary rules, effective immediately, amending the agency’s labor contractor licensing rules to implement the provisions of
<a href="https://olis.leg.state.or.us/liz/2018R1/Downloads/MeasureDocument/HB4058/Enrolled">
HB 4058</a> (2018). HB 4058, which became effective on March 12 upon signing by the Governor, modifies existing labor contractor licensing regulations pertaining to property services contractors.<o:p></o:p></p>
