<a href="http://www.oregon.gov/boli/WHD/docs/ProposedRules/2018%2004%2025%20Notice%20of%20Proposed%20Rulemaking%20SB828.pdf">
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and proposed rules</a> with the Secretary of State. The proposed new and amended rules implement the provisions of Senate Bill 828 enacted by the 2017 Legislature, which establishes requirements for employee work schedules in certain
industries. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">A rulemaking hearing has been scheduled on May 24, 2018 at 9:00 AM at the Portland office of BOLI, located at 800 NE Oregon Street, Suite, 1045, Portland, OR 97232. The last day to comment on the proposed rules
is May 24, 2018. Comments may be directed to Christine E. Lewis, BOLI’s Legislative Director at the same address as the hearing location.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
