The Oregon Department of Education has begun the contracting process for client services 2011/2013 (YCEP, JDEP, Hospital, Regional, LTCT, EI/ECSE)

We are asking for input from our providers. Please forward this email to those in your organization who may be interested.

I ask for you to email any concerns or changes you would like to see incorporated into ODE client services contracts to my attention. I am looking for problems you may have had with our contract terms and conditions, insurance requirements, etc.

The cut-off date for input is January 14, 2011.  I will then gather together all of your comments, review my 09/11 notes, then draft the contract templates for our attorney to review.

In addition in the near future ODE will be sending other emails related to this process.
