[Busmgrs] A message from Phyllis Reynolds: Friendly reminder - EGMS availability and SEFA deadline

Due to the end of the state fiscal year and the end of the biennium, the EGMS system will be off-line from August 8th through August 14th.

The "Final Date for Submission of Claims" for sub grants ending June30, 2011 has been extended to August 22, 2011.
All draws for June claims must be entered into EGMS by TOMORROW August 2nd to be included in your 2011 Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA).

Claims for June expenditures requested after that date will not be paid in the current biennium.  This could result in a delay in your June payments.  If you have any questions on this process please contact your grant staff or the Grants Coordinator.
