I have posted the updates to the 2011-12 Estimate on ODE's website here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/2011_12-ssf-estimate-as-of-10_25_11-1625hrs-sb-453-updates.pdf. ESD estimates are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/esd-11_12-estimate-as-of-10_25_11-1630hrs.pdf.

The estimate is being updated for several reasons.  First, additional schools qualify for the new definition of remote small elementary school under SB 453.  We added the additional weights for these schools once their qualifications were confirmed.  Additionally, several districts have updated local revenue or ADM projections.  Thus, a new estimate was needed to account for all of these changes.

Future payments will be based on this estimate, starting with the November payment.
