[Busmgrs] PERS increase

PERS has been warning us about this for quite some time.  Several business managers attended yesterday's PERS Board Meeting and we heard the actuarial update.  It's my guess that Carol Samuels will be sending out an update later today, but if not, one of us will send something out.

How many of you were aware of the increase in PERS coming down the pike?   I don't remember seeing any forewarning or notification of a possible increase.
