Good Afternoon,

The spreadsheet detailing the preliminary payments for the 2011-12 Facility Grants is available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/misc/facility-grants-for-11_12--as-of-3_7_12-1526hrs.pdf. These payments will be made as part of the March 15, 2012 State School Fund payment.

The preliminary payment was made at 5.5% to allow for additional grants in the 2012-13 school year. Once all 2012-13 facility grant applications are reviewed and approved, the final combined payments will be made.  The total amount available for the 2011-13 biennium for facility grants is $25,000,000.  The grants are capped at 8% of the total amount eligible for the grant or a prorate of the $25,000,000 whichever is less.
