[Busmgrs] May 2012 Warrants

Good Morning,

I have posted the May 2012 District warrants here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/district-warrants-5_14_12.pdf. ESD warrants are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/esd-warrants-5_14_12.pdf. These warrants incorporate the final reconciliation for 2010-11 as well as the final payment for 2011-12. These warrants do not include any PERS or QSCB intercept payments. Fingerprint billing is included. The funds should be available today.

In the next few weeks, I will be following up with those districts who received an overpayment of State School Fund dollars. I will need to recover the overpaid funds.

The next payment will be July 2012. This will be the first payment for the 2012-13 school year and will consist of a double payment. As needed additional estimates for 2012-13 will be published before that payment.
