[Busmgrs] dual role of Deputy Clerk and School Board Secretary

My title is Deputy Clerk and I am the acting School Board Secretary.  Yes,
I take minutes at the Board meetings.  We also have a Business Manager
contracted through CGESD.  Thanks.
