[Busmgrs] dual role of Deputy Clerk and School Board Secretary

Lisa,

I am currently acting as the school board secretary.  I put together the board packets, attend the meetings and take the minutes.

This wasn't our intention though.  The Administrative Assistant was supposed to act as the board secretary and I would attend meetings and take minutes.

I am wondering how many of you act as the School Board Secretary as well
as Business Official or Deputy Clerk.  Are you required to take minutes
at the Board Meetings?
