[Busmgrs] October 2012 SSF Payment and Warrants

Dear Business Managers,

The October 2012 Payment has been made and should be available. District warrants are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/districtwarrant-10-10-12.pdf. ESD Warrants are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/esdwarrant-10-10-12.pdf.

The payment is based on the October 9, 2012 estimates. The biggest change to the estimates is the inclusion of estimated federal forest fees for 2012-13. These estimates will be used for future payments until updated.

Thank you for your help with getting this information to me in a timely manner. Thank you also for alerting me when you needed to make changes to your estimates. Notifications like that make my job a lot easier.
