[Busmgrs] 2011-12 Estimates

Dear Business Managers,

The latest 2011-12 Estimates are available. District estimates are here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/misc/2011_12-ssf-estimate-as-of-4-25-13-1551-hours.pdf. The ADMw breakout information is available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/misc/2011_12-ssf-admw-breakout-of-4-25-13-1622hrs.pdf. Finally, ESD estimates are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/misc/esd-11_12-estimate-as-of-4-25-13-2244hrs.pdf.

These estimates update ADMw to fully comply with HB 3417. Thus, 2010-11 ADMw is being treated as if it were subject to HB 3417. This means that ADMw for 2010-11 in these estimates will not necessarily match ADMw in the last 2010-11 estimate.

Actual revenues and expenditures will be loaded as soon as we finalize the data and get the last corrections made. Additionally, the last few ADMw variables will be updated at that time as well.

Thank you for your patience with us as we finish HB 3417 programming. We should have a stable basis from which to get accurate estimates out to the districts at a much faster rate.
