[Busmgrs] Client Services contracts for 2013- 2015

I want to thank you for your entity's work in supporting students through the programs you administered for 2011-2013.  It is your dedication to these students that has made it possible to continue to offer an excellent education program within the budget constraints we have had.

It is time once again to open the different Client Service programs up to the Request for Interest (RFI) process.  Before we go to the next step I want to give each of you time to offer comments and observations about the process.

If you have comments, observations, or suggestions that will enhance the process please feel free to contact my office by the close of Business on January 11, 2012.
