[Busmgrs] April 2014 Warrants

Good Morning Business Managers,

The warrants for the April 2014 payment have been posted. The district warrants are here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/districtwarrant-4-8-14.pdf. The ESD warrants are here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/esdwarrant-4-8-14.pdf. The funds should be in your accounts no later than early next week.

These warrants are based on the April 7 estimate published for the 2013-14 school year.

There is one payment remaining and that will be the May Payment. During that payment we will also be reconciling 2012-13. That means that we will be comparing what the districts should have received based on actual ADM and revenues with what the districts actually received. The difference, whether positive or negative will be combined with the May 2013-14 payment.
