[Busmgrs] First Common School Fund Payment for 2013-14

Dear Business Managers,

The first Common School Fund payment of 2013-14 has been made and should be available. The distributions are available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/misc/2013-14-csf-by-district-january-2014-3-3-14.pdf.

The good news is the July payment should be closer to being made in July as the hard work of updating the ADMr by County Lines report has been done by Mike and Lorene. The bad news is that...well I don't have bad news for the Common School Fund right now so it is all good news.
