[Busmgrs] Updated 2012-13 Estimates

Dear Business Managers,

The last 2012-13 estimates contained an error in how the transportation grant was calculated. Unfortunately, I did not catch that before publishing. Because this error affected every district, I have republished the estimates with the calculations corrected.

The updates remain the same. The updates include:
1.      Adding the reserve fund to the general fund calculations
2.      2012-13 annual ADM has been loaded into the estimate
3.      2012-13 actual revenues have been loaded into the estimate
4.      2012-13 Foster, Neglected and Delinquent counts are in the estimate
5.      2012-13 Transportation costs are in the estimate*

The following continue to remain to be updated:
1.      IEP Cap Waiver weights
2.      IEP weights adjusted for inter-district transfers
3.      The distributions of the High Cost Disability and Small High School Grants
4.      *Minor changes to individual districts' Transportation Grants

Thank you for your patience. 2013-14 will be out within a week or so. We will be rebalancing 2013-14 based on that estimate.
