[Busmgrs] 2015-16 Estimate of Membership and Revenue Collection

Good Morning Business Managers,

It was good to see many of you at the Fall Conference. I hope everyone had a safe drive home in the wonderful Western Oregon rain.

I want to give everyone a friendly reminder that we are half-way through the 2015-16 Estimate of Membership and Revenue collection data collection period. The collection closes on December 12 this year. It is important that everyone fill out the collection so that I have a complete dataset for future estimates.

Also a friendly reminder about changes for the 2015-16 collection that may catch some by surprise. Remember that if you are offering full day kindergarten, that you need to provide your kindergarten numbers at the 1.0 level. You no longer half your kindergarten counts if you are offering full-day kindergarten. If your district is not offering full-day kindergarten, then please enter your kindergarten counts divided by 2.

If you have charter schools in your district, your district total must include the total ADM for the charter schools. We take care of the separation on our end.
