[Busmgrs] Latest 2014-15 Estimates

Dear Business Managers,

The latest 2014-15 estimates have been posted here:

The latest district updates have been included in these estimates. Also fixed is the negative student problem that some districts had. Actually the negative student weights were fixed. I don't know that I am qualified to comment on student morale at a given district :)

The April payment will be based on these estimates.
