[Busmgrs] Updated September Estimates

Dear Business Managers,

I have posted updated estimates for 2015-16 to the website. They can be found at the links below:

While it is true that I said the latest estimates would be used for the September payment, I had several districts state they had significant changes they needed to make to their estimates. Thus, in order to prevent any hardships to those districts, and because I want to keep as many of you happy as possible, and because accurate information makes all of our lives easier, I updated the estimates.

However, due to time constraints, these really do have to be the last estimates for September as I am starting the payment today.
