[Busmgrs] OSCIM Program Deadlines

Dear Business Managers,

For those involved with the OSCIM Program for the May election I wanted everyone to be aware of two upcoming deadlines. For those districts that received an initial commitment they will need to provide the following to the OSCIM Program:

1.      A copy of the board resolution authorizing the bond election by February 25, 2016.
2.      A copy of the election application that is filed with the county elections office by March 8, 2016.

For those that have received an initial commitment, more information will be following. If you are unsure which districts applied and received a commitment, you can view the recipients and the waiting lists here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/wma/sf/priority-and-first-in-time-lists.pdf.
