Bonded Indebtedness 3) We have made a change to the coding scheme for the Building Identification field in the Building collection. This change will be detailed in the on-line User Guide as well as in the webinar. NOTE: For records submitted in the last collection and rolled-forward, no adjustment is necessary to your entries in this field. These entries will be converted to the new coding scheme by the Office of School Facilities. For any new records/buildings you submit, please follow the new coding scheme.
