[Busmgrs] OSCIM Applications for May 2017 Election

Dear All,

This is a friendly reminder that application period for the OSCIM Program for the May 2017 election opens at 8:00 am Friday January 13. Applications received between 8:0 am and 12:30 are in the first lottery for first in time applications so it is important to get your application in early.

Please find attached a copy of the application as well as instructions for filling out the application. Please also note that we do not need any board resolutions or other supporting documents with the application this time. We only need the electronically submitted application. Also Please keep the PDF in fillable form so that we can easily get the data from the application into our database.
